Explore personal stress relief through gentle yoga, quiet introspection, and self-reflection in a non-prescriptive, supportive group setting. Open to anyone who wants to explore and creatively change his or her relationship to stress, as well as anyone suffering from stress-related health disorders. No experience with Yoga is necessary, and sessions are designed to suit all comers regardless of physical age or condition.
